This policy applies to Blaikner Studios’ public websites and product presentations, including “The Orchestra Awakens™”. The Orchestra Awakens™ web app (demo and full version) has its own privacy information, available within the app.

Hosting and technical logs

When you access the website, the hosting provider IONOS technically processes the requested page, referrer, browser and operating-system information, device type, access time and an immediately anonymised IP address. This is necessary for the security and stability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to IONOS, these data are retained for eight weeks and are not transferred to third countries.

Local preferences

The product page stores your privacy, analytics and external-media choices, including the policy version and time of the choice, only in your browser’s local storage. This choice is not sent to Blaikner Studios and remains until you change it in the footer settings or clear your browser’s website data.

Intended audience

This public product page is intended for teachers and educational professionals. It does not collect children’s names or other information. Optional third-party services do not load automatically; they load only after the relevant choice.

Optional services

Google Analytics: Google Analytics loads only after your separate active consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in the footer settings. IP anonymisation is enabled. Google may process data outside the EEA; Google provides further information in its Privacy Policy.

YouTube: Product teasers and the main-site teaser load only after you explicitly request them. This establishes a connection to YouTube/Google and may process technical connection data. The service loads only on the basis of your deliberately initiated request (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

Contact and external links

Blaikner Studios contacts you only after you have explicitly expressed an interest. Email addresses are retained no longer than necessary for active communication and any applicable legal retention obligations. They are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. When you deliberately choose an external streaming link or send an email, the respective provider’s privacy information also applies.

Your rights

You have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

This policy describes the services currently used on the public website and product page. It will be updated before any change to providers, data flows or retention periods.
